Returns & Exchanges

Made simple.

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Returns

Customers are responsible for shipping eligible return items to our return address. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

Size exchanges can be requested within 3 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Customers are required to ship the product back to us before the replacement is dispatched.

Custom Orders

Personalized and custom embroidered products are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll arrange the appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
